Help wanted for part-time office administrator position!

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to assist with daily operations. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping (Quickbooks), processing payments, managing customer accounts, preparing monthly bills, and assisting the manager and field staff.

The candidate should be organized, able to work independently, proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, and comfortable in a customer service roll. This part-time position requires three in-office days per week, for a total of 25 hours. The salary starts at $15 per hour, and training will be provided.

About JCWS

a little history

The Jefferson Communities Water System, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized on December 7, 1998, to construct and operate a water distribution system in Jefferson County, Florida.

Funding for the construction of Phase I of the system, which became operational during 2003, was provided by a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and a grant and loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Phase I consists of three wells, two water towers, 94 miles of water lines and serves approximately 840 customers.

Phase II was completed in May 2010. This added water lines to serve an additional 400 customers and generators at all three well sites to guarantee the supply of water during electrical outages.
