Our Member Services Office is open and able to take payments by cash, check, or money order. We are still unable to take payments by credit card, but online payments are always available through our website. The office phones are working but the service is spotty and sometimes will cut in and out. If you are trying to call to report a leak or outage, please use the two After Hours/Emergency numbers listed here: (850) 251-4206 or (850) 251-9531.
We thank you for your patience while we work to restore our regular operations! We will be delaying our due dates until at least the 23rd or after and will postpone lock offs until November. Thank you!
Updated 10/2/24
Hurricane Helene left a lot of devastation in her wake, but we have been recovering nicely. We want to give special thanks to the crews working with Tri-County Electric that worked so hard to get all three of our wells back to full power!
Our Member Services Office is also open, however, we do not have internet or phone capabilities.
Staff is available to take physical payments from cash, checks, or money orders. Credit card payments will have to wait until the internet service is restored. In the meantime, payments can be made through the online portal if you have an account set up. We will delay this month's due date and late fees by however many days our office is without phone and internet service.
The Emergency Water Fill locations remain open across the county. Please see the list below for locations in your area. If you have questions about the Emergency Water Fill locations, or need to report a leak or outage, please call our After Hours numbers listed above.
Updated 9/24/24
Tropical Storm Helene is expected to become a major hurricane (Category 3) and to cause many downed trees and county wide power outages. In this event, our generators and water towers will ensure there are no water outages until power can be restored.
We have opened Emergency Water Fill locations across the county to aid in hurricane preparations. These locations will remain available throughout the storm recovery stages. Please see the list below for locations in your area. If you have questions about the Emergency Water Fill locations, or need to report a leak or outage, please call our After Hours numbers listed above.
The Member Services Office will be closed Thursday, September 26th. Please stay up to date with the information coming from the Jefferson County Sheriff's office, Jefferson County Emergency Management, and the US National Weather Service.
All water fill locations consist of a water spicket attached to a JCWS fire hydrant. They are all marked with an orange cone and a blue ribbon, and are located in central, easily-accessible places. Please bring your own containers and make sure to turn the water off when you're done.
Thank you and stay safe!
