The Boil Water Notice in effect for Wacissa, for the area near the intersection of Pinhook Road and Waukeenah Hwy has been cleared! The water samples were tested and showed no contaminates left from the main break over the weekend.

In the event of mass power outages, our generators and water towers will ensure there are no water outages until power can be restored.

When necessary, we will open Emergency Water Fill locations across the county to aid in hurricane preparations. These locations will remain available throughout the storm recovery stages. Please see the list below for locations in your area.

Please stay up to date with the information coming from the Jefferson County Sheriff's office, Jefferson County Emergency Management, and the US National Weather Service.

All water fill locations consist of a water spicket attached to a JCWS fire hydrant. They are all marked with an orange cone and a blue ribbon, and are located in central, easily-accessible places. Please bring your own containers and make sure to turn the water off when you're done.
